Special Seminar on Japanese Language and Culture (Haiku) [12月 13,2017 ]
A lecture regarding Haiku (Japanese short poetry) was held for the Maple students on December 12, 2017, at the CJLC Hall as part of their Special Seminar on Japanese Language and Culture. In this compulsory course, we aim to improve the ability to gain knowledge, to relay information, and to discuss. The Maple students not only gained the knowledge from the lecture given by Professor Iwai, but also understood how to appreciate Haiku through the famous poems and bad examples. The next step is that the students will express themselves by making their own Haiku.
