Lecture prior to going on a field trip (January 19) [3月 30,2016 ]
A lecture prior to going on a field trip was given for the Maple students at the CJLC Hall on January 19. This time, they will be going to Asuka Village in Nara Prefecture, dividing up into three groups, ready to absorb many new experiences as well as visit ancient burial mounds (tumulus). Professor Iwai gave a lecture on the Asuka period by summarizing a part of Japanese history. He also explained about the Ishibutai Kofun (stone tumulus) where they will be visiting, thus making the field trip all the more exciting.
