Cross-cultural Understanding Presentation (July 12, 2016) [7月 26,2016 ]
A cross-cultural understanding presentation was held for the Maple Program on July 12, 2016. Focusing on “cross-cultural understanding” which is the main theme of the Japanese language and culture seminars, the Maple students were divided up into groups; each group choosing a specific theme, comparing the culture of various countries and giving presentations regarding the common points as well as the differences that they discovered.
With the help of their teaching assistants and tutors, each group made necessary studies, held discussions among themselves and rehearsed in order to prepare for this important day. It goes without saying that all the hard work put in by each and every Maple Program student certainly paid off as the presentations proved to be a great success.
